HMC539ALP3 General Description

The HMC539ALP3/539ALP3E digital attenuator offers exceptional performance in a compact, cost-effective package. With a frequency range spanning DC to 4 GHz and an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB, this attenuator is suitable for a wide range of RF and IF applications. Its 5-bit design allows for precise attenuation control in increments of 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, and 4 dB, providing a total attenuation of 7.75 dB. The attenuator boasts excellent accuracy with a typical step error of only ± 0.05 dB, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications. Additionally, its high IIP3 of +62 dBm makes it ideal for high-power environments. With five TTL/CMOS control inputs, users can easily select the desired attenuation state. Operating on a single Vdd bias of +3V to +5V, the HMC539ALP3/539ALP3E offers a convenient solution for signal attenuation needs
