LP2997MR/NOPB General Description

The LP2997MR/NOPB is a highly efficient linear regulator specifically designed to meet JEDEC SSTL-18 specifications for DDR-II memory termination. With a high-speed operational amplifier and a robust output stage, this regulator can handle continuous currents of up to 500mA and transient peaks of 900mA, making it ideal for DDR-II SDRAM termination applications. Additionally, the LP2997 features a VSENSE pin for superior load regulation and a VREF output for chipset and DIMM references
