The STPS30H60CT power Schottky rectifier offers reliable performance in a variety of high-voltage applications, thanks to its low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability. With a forward voltage drop of just 0.55V at 15A, this rectifier minimizes power loss and improves efficiency in switch mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, and other similar applications. Its maximum average forward current rating of 30A and peak repetitive reverse voltage rating of 60V make it ideal for rugged industrial environments where high transient currents may be present
