LT4363HDE-2#PBF General Description

In the event of a fault condition, a timer is initiated in relation to MOSFET stress levels. This timer, inversely proportional to stress, alerts users of an impending power down by pulling the FLT pin low. If the fault persists, the MOSFET is automatically turned off. The LT4363-1 model remains off until manually reset, whereas the LT4363-2 will restart after a cool-down period. This intelligent functionality ensures reliable protection for your equipment and peace of mind for users
