With source/sink currents of 4A/8A and a rapid 37ns propagation delay, this driver is optimized for high-frequency PWM control applications that demand precision timing and minimal dead time. Its ultra-low gate driver output impedance not only contributes to cooler operating temperatures for the driver package and PCB but also enhances overall system efficiency. Moreover, the device features a 4V UVLO and dead time control mechanism to ensure the safe operation of OptiMOS™ half-bridge MOSFETs, protecting them from potential risks.
