Featuring high-performance Cortex-A15 processor cores and C66x DSP cores, the 66AK2E05XABDA4 offers a power-efficient and easy-to-use platform for developers across various industries. The KeyStone II Architecture seamlessly integrates different subsystems and employs a queue-based communication system to ensure efficient and optimal operation. With the C66x core, the device delivers exceptional computational performance, with 38.4 GMACS/core and 19.2 Gflops/core, making it ideal for signal processing, mathematical, and image acquisition functions. The on-chip memory includes L1 and L2 caches for the Cortex-A15 processor cores, dedicated memory per core in the DSP CorePac, and 2MB of Multicore Shared Memory (MSMC) for shared L3 SRAM. Additionally, the device supports fast access to external memory through a 64-bit DDR-3 external memory interface running at 1600 MTPS, enabling developers to leverage a variety of development and debugging tools, including GNU GCC, GDB, Open source Linux, and Eclipse based debugging environment
