The 6N136M, HCPL4503M, HCPL2530M, and HCPL2531M optocouplers represent a significant advancement in optically coupled devices. Featuring an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high-speed photodetector transistor, these optocouplers ensure precise and efficient transmission of optical signals. The inclusion of a separate connection for the bias of the photodiode results in notable speed improvements, outperforming conventional phototransistor optocouplers. The HCPL4503M variant further enhances performance with an internal noise shield that provides exceptional common mode rejection of up to 50,000 V/µs. These optocouplers are well-suited for a wide range of applications, including industrial automation, power supply systems, and motor control
