A18-1 General Description

The A18-1 RF amplifier is a discrete hybrid design, which usesthin film manufacturing processes for accurate performanceand high reliability.This single stage GaAs FET feedback amplifier design displaysimpressive performance characteristics over a broadbandfrequency range. An RF choke is used for DC power supplydecoupling. Both TO-8 and Surface Mount packages are hermeticallysealed, and MIL-STD-883 environmental screening is available.
