ACST4-7SB General Description

The ACST4-7SB is a high-performance SWITCH that offers reliable operation in demanding applications. With a Gate Trigger Current Max of 10mA and a Current Itsm of 30A, this device can handle large currents with ease. The Operating Temperature Range of -30°C to +125°C allows for operation in extreme conditions. Its Surface Mount Device Termination Type makes it easy to integrate into circuit boards, while the Triac Thyristor Type ensures optimal performance
