ADS1115IRUGR General Description

The ADS1115IRUGR is a precision, low-power, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for sensor measurement applications in power- and space-constrained environments. With an ultra-small, leadless X2QFN-10 package, and a VSSOP-10 package, the ADS1115IRUGR offers high performance in a compact form factor. It incorporates a low-drift voltage reference, an oscillator, and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) for precise large- and small-signal measurements. The input multiplexer (MUX) allows for two differential or four single-ended input measurements, and the digital comparator provides under- and overvoltage detection
