ADT7310TRZ General Description

The ADT7310TRZ is a highly accurate temperature sensor with a precision of ±0.5°C. It is capable of measuring temperatures from -55°C to 150°C, offering a 16-bit resolution for precise temperature readings. Operating at a low supply current of 210μA and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, this sensor is suitable for a variety of low-power applications. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC package and designed for surface-mount assembly, the ADT7310TRZ complies with MSL Level-1 standards for enhanced reliability during storage and handling. It is packaged in a tube and has compact dimensions of 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm. With a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C, this sensor offers excellent performance in temperature sensing applications
