AWR1843ABGABLRQ1 General Description
Introducing the AWR1843ABGABLRQ1, an integrated single-chip FMCW radar sensor designed for operation in the 76-81 GHz band, delivering unparalleled levels of integration in an extremely small form factor. Built with TI's low-power 45-nm RFCMOS process, this innovative device simplifies the implementation of low-power, self-monitored, ultra-accurate radar systems in the automotive space. The AWR1843ABGABLRQ1 is a self-contained FMCW radar sensor single-chip solution, offering a monolithic implementation of a 3TX, 4RX system with built-in PLL and ADC converters. It also integrates a high-performance C674x DSP for Radar Signal processing and a BIST processor subsystem responsible for radio configuration, control, and calibration. Additionally, the device includes a user programmable ARM R4F interface for automotive interfacing and a Hardware Accelerator block (HWA) for radar processing. With the flexibility to enable a wide variety of sensor implementations and dynamic reconfiguration for multimode sensor deployment, the AWR1843ABGABLRQ1 provides a comprehensive platform solution with TI reference designs, software drivers, and user documentation, ensuring a seamless integration experience for automotive radar systems
