The BAS7002VH6327XTSA1 is a Schottky diode designed for automotive applications, meeting the rigorous AEC-Q101 qualification standard. With a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 70V, this diode is suitable for a wide range of automotive electronic systems. Its single diode configuration and forward current rating of 70mA make it ideal for use in voltage rectification and power distribution tasks. The forward voltage drop is capped at 1V, ensuring minimal power loss in operation, and the diode can handle a forward surge current of up to 100mA.
