High-speed switching diode for efficient power management in compact design

BAV99 General Description

With its dual series configuration, the BAV99 diode has a maximum reverse repetitive voltage of 100V and a peak average forward current of 215mA. It features a forward voltage of 1.25V and a peak non-repetitive surge current of 4A. The peak reverse current is 50uA and the reverse recovery time is 4ns. Operating in a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C, the BAV99 has a power dissipation of 250mW. It is housed in a SOT-23 package with 3 pins for surface mounted mounting and has an MSL level of 1. Packaged in tape & reel, the BAV99 should be subjected to a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C. With a capacitance of 1.5pF, it also has a thermal resistance of 500K/W
