CD4054BM General Description

The CD4054BM is a versatile decoder/driver circuit that provides level-shifting functions, allowing for different signal swings between BCD input and 7-segment output. This feature enables a wide range of input and output swings, making it suitable for various display applications, including liquid-crystal displays. The CD4054BM also offers independently strobed latches and common DF control on 4 signal lines, making it compatible with other 7-segment decoder types. Additionally, the level-shifted high-amplitude DF output can be easily obtained by connecting specific input and strobe lines and applying a square wave to DF_IN
