CDBV1100-HF General Description

This rectifier diode is ideal for use in power supplies, voltage regulators, and other circuitry where low forward voltage drop and fast switching speeds are essential. The Schottky design of the diode helps reduce power consumption and heat dissipation, making it a versatile component for energy-efficient systems
