DA112S1RL General Description

The DA112S1RL product offers reliable protection against transient overvoltages with its configuration of 8 or 12 diodes arranged in cells of 2 diodes each. These diode cells are specifically designed to safeguard signal lines by clamping excess voltages. Featuring a maximum voltage rating of 18 V per diode, the product allows for an input voltage range between two I/Os of 0 V to 18 V or -9 V to +9 V depending on the REF1 and REF2 values
