DS4560S-AR+ General Description

The DS45S60 is a cutting-edge hot-plug switch designed for use on +12V power buses to restrict through current and regulate the power-up output-voltage ramp. This innovative device features an onboard 25mΩ n-channel power MOSFET that is actively closed-loop controlled to guarantee that an adjustable current limit is not surpassed. The maximum permissible current flowing through the device is determined by an external resistor connected to the ILIM pin
