DSEC60-06A General Description

The DSEC60-06A is a fast diode with a current rating of 60A and a voltage rating of 600V. It features a Forward Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED) technology which enables it to have a low forward voltage drop of 1.25V and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns. This diode is designed for high power applications where fast switching speeds are required. With a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and a junction to case thermal resistance of 0.9°C/W, it can handle high power dissipation efficiently. The diode has a TO-247AD package with through hole termination and a common cathode pin configuration
