Boasting a remarkable peak drive capability of 4A, this driver is a top choice for driving high-speed capacitive lines with ease. The P-Channel MOSFET's isolation from the power supply offers a level of flexibility that is hard to match. Pin (7) can be easily grounded, and for those requiring a source follower output, pin (8) provides a convenient solution. The N-Channel MOSFET features an isolated drain but shares a common bus with pre-drivers and level shifter circuits, ensuring effective turn-off when VL falls below GND. For applications where negative drive is essential for proper turn-off, the EL7154CN can be configured to operate with VL at a moderate negative potential
