ESD351DPYR General Description

Featuring robust ESD protection capabilities, the ESD351DPYR is a uni-directional TVS ESD protection diode designed to provide reliable defense against electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. Its low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage enable it to dissipate ESD strikes up to 30 kV, meeting the IEC 61000-4-2 standard for both contact and air discharge levels. With an ultra-low dynamic resistance of 0.1 Ω and an extremely low clamping voltage of 6.5 V at 16-A TLP, this diode ensures effective system-level protection against transient events. Additionally, its low capacitance of 1.8 pF (typical) makes it well-suited for protecting high-speed interfaces like USB 2.0. Packaged in the industry-standard 0402 (DPY/DFN1006P2) package, the ESD351DPYR delivers a compact and reliable solution for ESD protection in various electronic applications
