The ESDA25LY is a versatile diode array that provides effective protection against ESD transients on either one or two lines. Its compact design makes it an ideal choice for applications where space is limited, while its low line capacitance ensures minimal impact on system performance. By connecting only pin 1 and 2, the device can also function as a bidirectional suppressor, offering additional flexibility in design and implementation
