The F2270NLGK8 is a high-performance Voltage Variable RF Attenuator designed to deliver low insertion loss and exceptional linearity across a wide frequency range of 5MHz to 3000MHz. With a single positive supply voltage requirement of 3.15V to 5.5V, this VVA offers versatile operation and control options. The VMODE pin allows for both positive and negative voltage control slope vs attenuation, while the multi-directional operation feature allows for flexibility in RF input application to either RF1 or RF2 pins. The control voltage ranges from 0V to 5V, accommodating both positive and negative control voltage slope.
