FAN3224TMPX General Description

The FAN3223-25 dual gate drivers offer high peak current pulses for driving N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in low-side switching applications. With internal under-voltage lockout and matched propagation delays between channels, these drivers are ideal for applications requiring critical timing, such as synchronous rectifiers. The MillerDrive™ architecture in the final output stage minimizes switching loss by providing high current during the MOSFET turn-on / turn-off process. The FAN3224TMPX model specifically features two non-inverting drivers, while the FAN3223 offers two inverting drivers. Each driver has dual independent enable pins that default to ON if not connected, ensuring reliable performance
