FAN3224TMX General Description

Built for high power applications, the FAN3224TMX is a dual high-speed, high-current gate driver that excels at driving N-channel power MOSFETs and IGBTs. With a peak output current of 4A per channel and a voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, it is versatile and suitable for a wide range of power supply designs. The gate driver's ability to drive both the high-side and low-side devices with a synchronous control scheme minimizes shoot-through currents, while the split output configuration with separate input and output ground connections enhances noise immunity and reduces cross-talk between channels.
