FAN5026MTC General Description

Designed for boost converters in LCD backlight applications, the FAN5026MTC combines a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 24V with a fixed frequency of 1.2MHz for enhanced efficiency. The integrated power switch ensures safe operation with features like soft-start to prevent excessive inrush current at startup, as well as overcurrent and overvoltage protection. Additional benefits include adjustable output overvoltage protection and undervoltage lockout, allowing for customized circuit design. Housed in a compact 10-pin TDFN package, the FAN5026MTC is thermally-enhanced for space-constrained applications
