FAN73711MX General Description

An advanced level-shift circuit enables high-side gate driver operation up to V_S=-9.8 V (typical) for V_BS=15 V, while the UVLO circuit prevents malfunctions when V_BS falls below the specified threshold voltage. What sets this device apart is its high-current and low-output voltage drop feature, making it ideal for applications such as sustain and energy-recovery circuit switch drivers in plasma display panels, motor drive inverters, switching power supplies, and high-power DC-DC converters
