FAN7382 General Description

The FAN7382 is a highly versatile and reliable half-bridge gate driver IC designed to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs with a voltage rating of up to +600V. With ON Semiconductor's cutting-edge high-voltage process and advanced common-mode noise canceling technique, this IC ensures stable operation of the high-side driver even in high dv/dt noise environments. The innovative level shift circuit enables seamless high-side gate driver operation up to VS = -9.8 V (typ.) for VBS = 15V, while the input logic level remains compatible with standard TTL-series logic gates
