The FAN7842 is a powerful and efficient half-bridge gate-drive IC designed to effectively drive MOSFETs and IGBTs operating at voltages of up to +200V. With ON Semiconductor's cutting-edge high-voltage process and innovative common-mode noise canceling technology, this IC ensures reliable performance even in high-dv/dt noise environments. Its advanced level-shift circuit enables seamless high-side gate driver operation at VS=-9.8 V(typ.) for VBS=15V, offering superior flexibility in various applications
