FNA23060 General Description

The FNA23060 represents the pinnacle of Motion SPM^® 2 modules, offering a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. Its integrated gate drive optimization of the built-in IGBTs not only minimizes EMI and losses but also incorporates essential on-module protection features, including under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, temperature sensing, and fault reporting. The high-speed HVIC is a standout feature, requiring only a single supply voltage and effectively translating incoming logic-level gate inputs to high-voltage, high-current drive signals for the module's internal IGBTs. Furthermore, the availability of separate negative IGBT terminals for each phase ensures support for a wide variety of control algorithms, making it an ideal choice for diverse motor control applications
