HCPL-4503 General Description

The HCPL-4503 comes in a compact 4-pin SOP package, allowing for easy integration into circuit designs without compromising on performance. Whether used in isolated gate drives, sensor interfaces, or communication interfaces, this optocoupler excels in providing high-speed and reliable isolation between input and output signals. Its photodiode and transistor output combine to deliver efficient signal transmission while maintaining excellent signal integrity
