Leveraging the latest GaAs pHEMT technology, the HMC1110-SX is a high-performance frequency multiplier chip that operates at ×6 multiplication. It excels in providing a typical output power of +13 dBm at frequencies ranging from 71 to 86 GHz, when driven by a +4 dBm signal. In addition, the HMC1110-SX boasts impressive harmonic isolations, with the 5Fo and 7Fo reaching +25 dBc and +40dBc, respectively. Its integration of input and output amplifiers offers a streamlined solution for LO multiplier chains in Pt-to-Pt and VSAT Radios
