HMC252AQS24E General Description

The HMC252AQS24E represents a cost-effective solution for managing signal routing in a wideband range from DC to 3.0 GHz. Housed in a 24-lead QSOP package, this SP6T switch offers low-cost, non-reflective operation suitable for a variety of applications. The switch features a single positive bias and full TTL/CMOS compatibility, ensuring seamless integration into different systems. Its integrated 3:6 decoder simplifies path selection with only 3 control lines and a positive bias required for each path. By replacing multiple configurations of SP4T and SPDT MMIC switches and logic drivers, the HMC252AQS24E streamlines system design and reduces component complexity
