Product HMC391LP4E is a cutting-edge GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC VCO with integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers. Operating within the frequency range of 3.9 to 4.45 GHz, this VCO boasts exceptional phase noise performance across various conditions such as temperature fluctuations, shock, vibration, and manufacturing processes, thanks to its monolithic structure. With a power output of 5 dBm typical and a single supply voltage of +3V at 30mA, this VCO delivers reliable and consistent performance. Encased in a cost-effective leadless QFN 4×4 mm surface mount package, this voltage controlled oscillator is suitable for a wide range of applications
