Product HMC445LP4(E) is an active miniature x16 frequency multiplier featuring InGaP GaAs HBT technology in a compact 4x4 mm leadless surface mount package. With a power output of +7 dBm typical from a 5V supply voltage, this device ensures minimal variations in output power with changes in input power, temperature, and supply voltage. It boasts superior suppression of undesired fundamental and sub-harmonics, exceeding 25 dBc typical with respect to output signal level. Additionally, the low additive single sideband (SSB) phase noise of -130 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset aids users in maintaining optimal system noise performance
