HMC536LP2E General Description

The HMC536LP2(E) is a highly versatile DC to 6 GHz GaAs MMIC T/R switch designed for a wide range of applications. With its compact 2x2 mm DFN LP2 surface mount package and exposed ground paddle, this switch is perfect for use in cellular, WiMAX, and WiBro access point and subscriber applications. It boasts an incredibly low insertion loss of 0.6 dB and a high input IP3 of +54 dBm, making it an excellent choice for demanding RF systems
