HMC695LP4 General Description

Introducing the HMC695LP4 and HMC695LP4E, active miniature x4 frequency multipliers utilizing InGaP GaAs HBT technology in 4x4 mm leadless surface mount packages. These high-performance multipliers provide a power output of +7 dBm typical from a +5V supply voltage, maintaining stability across varying input power, temperature, and supply voltage. With superior suppression of undesired fundamental and sub-harmonics at greater than 25 dBc typical with respect to output signal level, they ensure clean and reliable output signals. The low additive SSB phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset supports excellent system noise performance. Designed for use in LO multiplier chains, the HMC695LP4 and HMC695LP4E offer a streamlined solution with reduced parts count compared to traditional approaches
