HOA6990-T51 General Description

Featuring a single channel and a Schmitt Trigger output type, the HOA6990-T51 opto switch delivers high-performance signal processing capabilities. With an input current of 15mA and a maximum output voltage of 2.4V, it ensures accurate and reliable operation in various electronic circuits. The slotted switch case style provides mechanical robustness, complemented by a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. Its 70ns fall and rise times, along with a 1.5V output voltage and a voltage rating of 3V AC, enable rapid and precise signal detection. Moreover, the Vcc range from 4.5V to 7V offers flexibility in power supply configurations, enhancing compatibility and ease of integration
