HS1-565BRH/PROTO General Description

The HS1-565BRH/PROTO is a cutting-edge product with a fast, radiation hardened 12-bit current output, digital-to-analog converter. This device boasts precise voltage reference, thin-film R-2R ladder, reference control amplifier, and high-speed bipolar current switches. The Intersil Dielectric Isolation process ensures reliable and accurate operation by minimizing stray capacitance and leakage currents. With minimized ground currents, error due to code-dependent ground currents is significantly reduced. The HS1-565BRH/PROTO is laser trimmed for exceptional accuracy, with a maximum integral nonlinearity error of only ±0.25 LSB at +25 °C. Additionally, the low noise buried zener reference is carefully calibrated for both absolute value and minimum temperature coefficient.
