ICL7660CSA+ General Description

The ICL7660CSA is a monolithic, CMOS voltage converter that can be used in a wide range of applications where an inverted voltage source is required. It is capable of converting a positive input voltage into a corresponding negative output voltage, with a voltage inversion of -1.5x. The device has a wide input voltage range of 1.5V to 12V and can deliver an output voltage range of -1.5V to -16V.The ICL7660CSA features a high efficiency charge-pump voltage conversion circuit which eliminates the need for external components such as inductors or transformers.
