IRS2113 General Description

The IRS2113 is a high and low side gate driver IC designed for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs in various applications. It offers a typical 2.5A source and 2.5A sink currents, making it suitable for a wide range of power electronics systems. The 14 Lead PDIP package ensures easy integration into existing designs, while also offering options for x16 Lead SOICWB and 14 Lead MLPQ 4x4 configurations
