The ITS612N1 is a top-of-the-line MOSFET PROFET specifically designed for dual high side power load switching. It offers a maximum input voltage of 16V and a maximum output current of 2.3A, with a minimal Rds On resistance of 200mohm and integrated protection. With a power dissipation of 36W and a minimum supply voltage of 5V, this product is also fully RoHS compliant
