IXDD604SIATR General Description

IXDD604SIATR is a high-performance dual low side driver with two non-inverting outputs. Its fast rise time of 16ns and fall time of 14ns ensure precise control over connected loads. This driver is capable of delivering a maximum output current of 4A and can operate within a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 35V. With an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, it is suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The driver comes in a compact SOIC package with 8 pins for easy mounting on a PCB. It is designed for surface mount applications and is packaged in tape & reel for convenient handling. The IXDD604SIATR driver measures 5mm in length, 4mm in width, and 1.75mm in height, making it suitable for compact designs. The device can withstand reflow temperatures of up to 260°C
