L2004F31 General Description

For digital circuitry applications requiring control in all four quadrants, sensitive gate triacs are essential. These devices can be controlled by positive-only or negative-only pulses to regulate AC current in both directions. The TO-251 and surface mount TO-252 (D-Pak) configurations offer tape-and-reel capability and tube packing options for convenient handling. The lead solder temperature should not exceed 230°C for 10 seconds maximum, maintaining a safe distance from the case to prevent overheating. Consult with the factory for more information on custom design variations and specialized applications
