L4004F31 General Description

The Teccor brand line of sensitive gate triacs offers a wide range of devices with current capabilities up to 8A and voltage ranges from 200V to 600V. These triacs feature guaranteed gate control in Quadrants II and IV, as well as control in Quadrants I and III. They are essential for applications requiring four-quadrant control, such as in motor speed controls, temperature modulation controls, and lighting controls. The bidirectional AC switch can be gate controlled for either polarity of main terminal voltage, making it versatile for various AC switching and phase control tasks
