The LM136AH-5.0/883 is a precision 5.0V shunt regulator diode, designed for use as a low temperature coefficient 5.0V zener with 0.6Ω dynamic impedance. Its monolithic IC voltage references make it an ideal choice for applications requiring stable and accurate voltage regulation. The LM136-5.0QML/LM136-5.0QML integrated circuits also feature a third terminal for easy voltage and temperature coefficient trimming, allowing for precise adjustments as needed
