Designed for high efficiency and compact form factor, the LM27313XMFX/NOPB is a current-mode boost converter with a fixed frequency of 1.6 MHz. Its use of the SOT-23 package, enabled by the minimal losses of the 800-mA switch, result in an exceptionally high power density, making it well-suited for space-constrained applications. With a 30-V internal switch, this regulator is capable of efficiently boosting voltages from 5 V to 28 V. Moreover, the inclusion of a logic-level shutdown pin allows for reduced quiescent current, thereby maximizing battery life. The LM27313XMFX/NOPB also provides comprehensive protection through cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown, ensuring reliable operation under various conditions
