LM293N General Description

The LM193-N series redefines precision voltage comparators with its low offset voltage specification and versatile operating characteristics. These comparators are designed to operate from a single power supply or split power supplies, offering consistent performance with minimal power supply current drain. Their unique feature of accommodating input common-mode voltage range, including ground, makes them well-suited for a wide range of applications, including limit comparators, analog to digital converters, pulse and squarewave generators, VCO, MOS clock timers, multivibrators, and high voltage digital logic gates. Moreover, their direct interface compatibility with TTL, CMOS, and MOS logic simplifies their integration into different electronic circuit designs, enhancing their overall utility. The availability of the LM393 and LM2903 parts in TI’s innovative thin DSBGA package with 8 (12 mil) large bumps provides designers with a compact and reliable solution for precision voltage comparator applications
