To meet the demands of space-critical applications, the LM4040-N precision voltage reference offers a compact solution in the form of the sub-miniature SC70 and SOT-23 package. Its advanced design eliminates the need for an external stabilizing capacitor, ensuring stability with any capacitive load and making it extremely user-friendly. With fixed reverse breakdown voltage options ranging from 2.048 V to 10 V, the LM4040-N caters to a wide range of requirements. Operating currents start at 60 µA and go up to 100 µA, with a maximum of 15 mA. Additionally, the innovative fuse and Zener-zap reverse breakdown voltage trim guarantee superior accuracy and stability, making the LM4040-N a reliable choice for precision voltage references
