LM5122MH/NOPB is a versatile synchronous boost controller that offers peak-current-mode control for efficient operation. With a programmable switching frequency of up to 1 MHz, this controller provides enhanced flexibility in optimizing performance. Its two robust N-channel MOSFET gate drivers come with adaptive dead-time control, ensuring smooth operations. The controller also features a user-selectable diode-emulation mode that enables discontinuous-mode operation for improved efficiency at light load conditions. In addition, the internal charge pump facilitates 100% duty cycle for high-side synchronous switches, while the 180° phase shifted clock output allows for easy multi-phase interleaved configurations. Other notable features of this controller include thermal shutdown, frequency synchronization, hiccup-mode current limit, and adjustable line undervoltage lockout, making it a reliable and versatile choice for various applications
